“If we want to take care of future generations- we must begin by taking care of the Mothers”
— Rachelle Seliga of Innate Traditions
About me:
My life’s work has always been dedicated to supporting thriving children and empowered families.
After a transformative experience working at a special needs orphanage in Ecuador at 18, I returned with a passion for caring for the World’s mothers and children. This calling led me into many roles such as: preschool teacher, classroom aide, direct support professional, family resource navigator, social worker, and professional nanny.
Over many years of witnessing the state of crisis many families are in from living within a system with so little support- I saw the importance of equipping and empowering families with the support and knowledge that creates a foundation of THRIVING, not just surviving, from the very beginning.
In 2023, I completed my training as a Postpartum Doula with Jesse Remer of Mother Tree Birth and found my true calling.
Since then, I have pursued education in becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor and am currently training to be an Innate Traditions Postpartum Practitioner.
In this role, I integrate my social work background along with my deep understandings of maternal health, infant development, nutrition, and holistic wellness to provide wrap-around care that nourishes the body and spirit of Mothers, & the family as a whole.

Renacer Postpartum Care is deeply influenced by my time living in various regions of Mexico, where I learned from the rich postpartum traditions that have been passed down through generations. These ancestral practices emphasize deep nourishment, extended rest, warmth, and communal care—wisdom that is reflected across many cultures and that shape the heart of my work.
❖
I believe that every mother, every parent, deserves the care, support, and resources needed to THRIVE- because when parents are nurtured, the family flourishes, the community heals, and all of humanity benefits.
❖
It is an immense honor to care for families through this sacred & complex time.
